How Regulation Will Reshape the FX Markets: Part 2
The regulatory change process in the US has reached its latest stage. The CFTC will release a close to complete set of rules relating to the Dodd-Frank Act by the end of 2012. Implementation of major rules will follow early next year. In Europe, the regulatory change process is also accelerating. The new regulatory framework will have wide-ranging implications for financial markets.
